Clipper START was designed to show how discounted fares expand access for qualifying Bay Area riders. We filmed across multiple transit systems—including BART, Muni, and Caltrain—capturing authentic commuting moments that keep the message clear and inclusive. The final set of visuals speaks directly to the community while positioning public transit as a more equitable, accessible resource.
