THE PROCESS
We keep production straightforward. Whether you’re coming in with a full brief or an early idea, we help shape the plan, build the right crew, and carry the project through final delivery.
CONCEPT & IDEA
Some projects arrive fully formed. Others start as a conversation. We help clarify the creative direction, the visual approach, and what the production actually needs to work well.
PRE-PRODUCTION
This is where we get organized. We lock the schedule, crew, locations, and logistics, then build a production plan that fits the scope. Depending on the job, that can include scouting, boards, interview prep, shot lists, call sheets, and gear planning.
PRODUCTION
Once we’re on set, the focus is execution. We run a solid shoot, keep communication clear, and stay practical about time, people, and the realities of the day.
POST-PRODUCTION
Because we stay close to production, editorial and color decisions are shaped by how the footage was actually shot. That helps keep the work cohesive from first cut through final delivery.
FAQ
How big does my idea need to be before I reach out?
Any size. If you’ve got a goal but aren’t sure how to execute it, that’s the right time to reach out. We’ll help shape the scope and deliverables into a plan that’s actually shootable.
What if I’ve never worked on a production before?
Totally normal. We’ll guide you through it and keep it simple: clear steps, clear options, no guesswork.
How involved do I need to be?
Up to you. Some clients stay close through pre-pro and reviews. Others prefer a single point of contact. We can run it either way.
What size projects do you handle?
We scale to the job — from lean one-day shoots to multi-day campaigns with full crew. We’ll recommend what’s needed (and what isn’t).
How do you handle revisions?
We use timecode notes so feedback stays organized. We’ll set revision rounds up front based on scope, then keep the process moving.
What do I get at the end?
Final masters plus any planned cutdowns. If needed, we can also deliver captions, thumbnails/stills, and an organized archive package for future updates.
