At Moon, we keep production straightforward. We help shape the plan, run a clean shoot, and deliver finished work that’s ready for every platform. Whether you’ve got a full brief or just an early idea, we’ll meet you there and build the right crew and workflow around it.
CONCEPT & IDEA
We start by getting aligned: audience, tone, deliverables, and what success looks like. If you have a concept already, we sharpen it. If you don’t, we’ll help you build one that’s shootable and on-budget.
You’ll leave this step with: a clear direction + deliverables + a real plan.
PRE-PRODUCTION
This is where we remove surprises. We lock the schedule, crew, locations, and logistics. We’ll prep interview questions, shot lists, boards (if needed), and a production plan that matches the scope.
Typical pre-pro includes: casting (if needed), scouting, shot list, schedule, call sheet, gear + crew plan.
PRODUCTION
We run an efficient set. Clear communication, clean lighting, and a calm environment—especially for interviews and leadership shoots. Small crew or full crew, we scale to the job without overcomplicating it.
On set we handle: camera, lighting, direction, audio coordination, and logistics.
POST-PRODUCTION
Editing, color, and finishing are handled in-house. We use timecode-based review so feedback is simple and organized. You’ll see progress early, and we’ll keep everything moving toward final delivery.
Deliverables can include: masters, social cutdowns, captions, thumbnails/stills, and an archive package if you want it.

How big does my idea need to be before I reach out?
Any size. If you have a goal but aren’t sure how to execute it, that’s a great time to reach out. We’ll help shape scope and deliverables into a real plan.
What if I’ve never worked on a production before?
Totally normal. We’ll guide you through it and keep the process simple: clear steps, clear options, no mystery process.
How involved do I need to be?
Up to you. Some clients stay close through pre-pro and review, others prefer a single point of contact and clear approvals. We can work either way.
What size projects do you handle?
We scale to the job. From lean one-day shoots to multi-day campaigns with full crew. We’ll recommend what’s needed (and what isn’t)
How do you handle revisions?
We use timecode notes so feedback stays organized. We’ll set revision rounds up front based on scope, then keep the process moving.
What do I get at the end?
Final masters plus any cutdowns we plan for. We can also deliver captions, thumbnails/stills, and an archive package if you want everything neatly organized for future updates.
